I am still searching for the parents or siblings or any clues about our Peter Gill b.1825 in Alabama. Peter appears in the 1850 census married to Nancy with an infant son, John. By 1854, Peter married Mary Elizabeth Boles in Blount Co. AL and moved to Tx where his children were born. Do you have any Peter's in your line? Our Peter first appears in TX in the 1860 census in Anderson Co. He and wife, Mary both died in 1870.
