In the name of God amen -

This my will that my wife Elizabeth Scott be my Executrix and Adam Marshall, Moses 
Fort & Samuel Wils be my lawful Executors ---

In the first place it is my will & desire that all my just debts be paid and  is anything remain
the overplus to be equally divided between my wife Elizabeth Scott & the Child which she
is now pregnant with  I declare this to be my last will & Testament in the presence of

John M. Coggeshall
