Milton graduated from Dillon High School and attended Clemson College for one year before entering the armed service in 1943. After training, he was sent overseas sometime in June 1944. At the time of his death, his brother, R. Hampton Wiggins, Jr., was a Private serving stateside. NOK (1940s): parents Mr and Mrs R Hampton Wiggins, Little Rock.
