Death of Youth
B T Herring, ten year son of Mrs Addie Herring, died Wednesday night at the Florence Infirmary after an illness of five days terminating in pneumonia.
The little boy was in the fourth grade of the Dillon schools and was an industrious pupil and kind and considerate to his schoolmates who expressed much sorrow at his passing and attended his funeral in a body.
Funeral services were conducted at the home by the Rev Roy Arnett and interment was in Riverside Cemetery.
Surviving are his mother, three sisters, Mrs Frances Singleton, Misses Edith and Janie Herring, and two brothers, Franklin and James.
