Mrs Jackson Dies at Dillon
Dillon---Aug 12 (Special)--Funeral services for Mrs Annie Hyatt Jackson,
56, who died at St Eugene Hospital this morning after a lingering illness,
will be conducted from the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church at 4 o;clock Thursday
afternoon by the Rev W E Brock, assisted by the Rev A T Usher.
A daughter of the late David and Maria Surles Hyatt, she was the widow
of Charlie Jackson.
Survivors include the following children; Charlie of AAG, Shaw Field,
Monroe and Henry of Dillon, S Sgt James F Jackson of Elgin Field, Fla., and
Mrs Mattie Jackson, Mrs Louise Musselwhite, Mrs Christine Thompson and
Mrs Mildred Lane of Dillon; a brother, Wilbur Hyatt of Floydale; four sisters,
Mrs Doll George, Mrs Minnie Herring, and Mrs Mary Wilkerson of Dillon, and
Mrs Lizzie Suggs of Sanitorium, NC., 24 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
