William H Griffin

Latta—William Howard Griffin, 69, retired farmer, died Friday in Marlboro General Hospital, Bennettsville.

Funeral services will be at 3pm Sunday at Bethea Funeral Home in Latta. He was the son of the late Stephen and Rebecca McRae Griffin.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs Alma Smith Griffin; and two daughters, Miss Jean Howard Griffin of Charlottesville, Va; and Miss Iva Dell Griffin of Columbia.

Mr Griffin, a retired farmer, had been a member of the Dalcho Lodge Masonic Order for 50 years. He was a life long member of the Latta Methodist Church.
