Mrs D R Tucker
Dillon--Mrs Minnie Herring Tucker, 86, widow of D R Tucker, died Saturday
at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3pm Monday from
Williams Funeral Home, with interment in Riverside Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Lacy Tucker of Baltimore, Md; five daughters,
Miss Irene Tucker of Dillon, Mrs Janie DeHart of Danville, Va, Mrs Cora Hyatt
of Los Angeles, Ca, Mrs Ruby Tucker of Society Hill and Mrs Etha Mae Shields
of Grefna, Va; and two brothers, Eddie of Dillon and Beechman Herring of
Georgetown.

Mrs Minnie Tucker Dies At Age of 86
Mrs Minnie Herring Tucker, widow of D R Tucker, died at St Eugene Hospital
Saturday at the age of 86.
She was the daughter of the late S F and Sally Herring of Dillon County.
Funeral services were conducted from the Williams Funeral Home and interment
was in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs Tucker is survived by one son, Lacy Tucker of Baltimore, Md; and five
daughters, Miss Irene Tucker of Dillon, Mrs Janie DeHart, Danville, Va;
Mrs Cora Hyatt, Los Angeles, Ca; Mrs Ruby Tucker, Society Hill, SC; and
Mrs Etha Mae Shields, Grefna, Va. Surviving also are two brothers,
Eddie Herring of Dillon and Bechman Herring of Georgetown, 31 grandchildren
and 45 great-grandchildren.
