Latta--Pauline Bethea Dew, 89, of Latta, died on Tuesday, August 3, at Saint Eugene Medical Center.
Kannaday's Funeral Home of Latta is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Floyd Dale, Mrs Dew was the daughter of the late Robert and Grace Utley Bethea. She attended Columbia College. She was the wife of the late Duncan M Dew, Jr., and a member of Latta Baptist Church.
Survivors include Duncan M Dew, III and wife, Elaine Dew; daughter, Sandra Dew (William) Perry, Virginia Beach, Va; sister, Flora Lou Parham, Florence; grandchildren, Mikell Dew, Mark Dew, Deborah Howard, Sean Perry, Bethea Garcia, Sarah Branan, Susan Schacht; and five great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Paula Dew Harper.
The funeral will be held on Friday August 6, at 3:00 pm at Latta Baptist Church. Entombment will be held at Magnolia Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 7:00-9:00 pm at Kannaday's Funeral Home in Latta on Thursday, August 5.
