Nathan Price } Marion District
Present that I Thomas Price of the State and District aforesaid for and in consideration
of the Sum of Two hundred and Fifty Dollars to me in hand paid by Nathan Price of the
State and District aforesaid Planter have granted Bargained sold & Released and by these present do Bargain sell & Release unto the said Nathan Price all that plantation or tract
of land Situated in the State and District aforesaid on the SW Side of the River Little
Pee Dee Lying on a branch Called Shealeys Mile Branch Containing Three hundred and
Thirty four acres held by the power of Two Deeds One bearing Date the Fourteenth day
of October One Thousand Seven hundred and Ninety Six the Other bearing Date the 16th
day of May One Thousand Seven hundred and Ninety Six One transferred from Shadrach
Rogers to Henry Easterling the Other from Elisha Rogers to Henry Easterling and from
Henry Easterling to Thomas Price Each the Grants bearing Date third day of March 1788
the Two hundred and Thirty four acres also One hundred acres of land Which was Granted to Elisha Rogers by his Excellency Thomas Pickney bearing Date the 5th day of
March 1787 also another tract of land supposed to be Sixty Acres held by a power of a Grant Granted to James Easterling the 20th day of January 1797 it being taken out of the WestEnd of the Whole Tract being 530 Acres the aforesaid Sixty Acres lying joining the
land where said Thomas Price now lives beginning at a Corner pine and Running SW 46 to a pine Station then to a pine corner on the Marsbluff Road from thence Running with said Road to pine on Stephen Gibson line from thence to a Corner om said Prices land.
To have and to hold all and Singularthe previous before mentioned unto the said Nathan Price his heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs Executor and Administrators to warrant and for Ever Defend all and singular the said promises unto the said Nathan Price
his heirs and assigns against Every person Whomsoever Claiming or to Claim on any part thereof Witness my hand and Seal this 22nd day of September 1801
and in the 25th of the Independence of the United States of America.

By Philip Bethea one of the Justices of the Quorum for said District Personally
appeared Benjamin Price and made Oath on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God Saith that he saw
Thomas Price Sign Seal & Deliver this within instrument a writing for the Use and purpose
Within Mentioned and also Subscribe the name Benjamin Price with the name Jesse Bethea in the
presence of Each Other to the Execution of the Same Sworn to and assigned before me this
27th day of Febuary 1802
