General Patton Confirms Death of Mullins Officer
Newspaper article from the Mullins Enterprize, appearing sometime in 1945.
Nancy Dudley Reaves received the referenced letter from General Patton confirming
the death of her brother, and is the owner of the newspaper clipping shown below.
Lt. Carlisle Dudley, 24 January 1919-7 December 1944, Co C 357 Inf, 9 Div,
Killed in Action in Pachten, Germany.
