Mrs Herring, 61, of Mullins

Mullins--(Special)--Mrs Janie Brown Herring, 61, wife of Miles Herring of Mullins died Monday morning in the Mullins Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30pm Tuesday from the Meares Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery in the Temperance Community.

Mrs Herring was born in Marion County, the daughter of the late Acie and Annie Albert Brown. She was a member of the Union Baptist Church.
