DARIUS AYRES
South Carolina ) In the name of God Amen I Darius Ayres Considerating the

Marion District ) uncertainty of this mortal life and being in sound health
and perfect mind and memory Blefsed be Almighty God for the same do make and
publish this my last will and testamentin manner an form following (Vis) first
I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife/agnefs Ayres that she Shal
have the priveledge of the house and so much land as she can tend her life time
I also give and bequeath unto my Eldest Son T. Ayres a tract or parcel of land
begining on a Stake on the orriginal line an runing an easterly Course to the
fence an on a pine on Gibsons Ditch an on to the back line being a Staright line
to him his heirs and and afsigns forever I also give and bequeath to Son
W..m Ayres a tract or parcel of land- begining on a Stake and runing
easterly by a line of new marked trees to Ditch and on to back line also a tract
of land known by the name of the Medlin land on crotchalow bay to him his heirs
and assigns forever I also Give and bequeath to my Son J. Ayres a tract or parcel
of land begining on a pine and binding on watson land an runing with his line and
easterly course to the back line to him his heirs and afsigns forever I also Give
to my two sons Thomas and John a tract or parcel of land lying on Crotchalow
bay containing two hundred an fifty Acres be the same more or lefs to be divided
between them to themselves theer heirs and afsigns forever I also appoint my sons
Thomas and William executors to this my will and and testament and hereby revoking
all former wills by me made in witnefs whereof I have here unto set my hand this
