WILL OF STEPHEN CARTER
South Carolina, In the name of God Amen I Stephen Carter of Marion district
being weak In body but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my
Last will and Test ment in manner and form following and Revoking all and
every other will heretofore by me made first my will and desire is that all
my Just debts and the expences of my funeral and proving of my will to be
paid Then my Will and desire is that I lend all my whole estate Estate real
and personal unto my Brother inlaw Henry Stone, and Sister mary Stone during
their natural life then I Give unto the Lawfull Issue of Said Henry and Mary
the whole of my Estate real and personal to be Equally divided between them
Share and Share alike I do nominate Constitute and appoint my Brother inlaw
Henry Stone my whole and Sole Executor to this my last will and Testament
in witnefs whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal In the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty six and the Eighth day of June
Signed Sealed declared and published Stephen R Carter (SEAL)
by the above named Stephen Carter as and
for his last will and Testament in the
presence of us who at his Request and in
his presence have subscribed our names there to
