WILL OF
JAMES GRICE
In the Name of God, Amen,
I James Grice of Marion District do make and by
these presents Constitute this my last Will and Testament, Vz. I give and
Bequeath to my wife Mary and my three Daughters Jane Elizabeth and Martha
Share and Share alike. all the income of my of my Lands from rents Hire
of my negroes money at Interest or from the income of my farm, if that
shou'd be thought by my Executors the best income, during the life of my
said wife and after her decease all my Real Estate, and the then surviving
Personal Estate to be equally divided between my three Daughters or the sur-
vivers of them by sale or lot. at the discretion of my Executors, and I do
herby appoint and fully authorize my brother Wm H. Grice and John D. Jones
Executors to Carry into effect this my last will and Testament. Signed
seald and published in the presents of this second day of March One thou-
sand Eight Hundred an thirty seven
