WILLIAM GRICE
South Carolina ) In the name of God Amen- I William
)
Marlborough District ) Grice of the District of Marlborough
and State aforesaid being weak in body but of sound dis-
posing mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will
and testament in manner & form following in the first place
it is my will and desire that after my death body be decently
buried. Item I give devise and bequeath unto Thomas Ammons
of Marion District all my personal estate which I shall die
pofsefsed of to him and his heirs and afsigns forever Lastly
I do hereby appoint Stephen Grice Newell Hairgrove and Thomas
Ammons Executors of this my last Will and Testament In wit-
nefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the
Seventh day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and twenty four
Signed Sealed and delivered by the Testator to be his last
Will and testament in my presence who at his request and in
his presence have subscribed my name as witnefs thereto
