WILL OF
JAMES HARRELL
In the name of god Amen I James Harrell of Marion district
and South carolina being of Sound mind but knowing that
death is Certain and Dont know the time it will come have
made this my Last will and Testamand--Itam I give my Dear
Beloved wife Mary H Harrell my plantation wheare I now Live
During the time She is my widdow and at the time She marries
or in case She Dies without marreing at hir Death the Land
is to Return to my Children and after thir Death to thur
Children' Itam I also give my Dear Beloved wife Two of my
Chois negrows for hir to have the Liverty of Chosing them
herself and then an Equal Share of the Ballance of the prop-
erty with Each of my children During the time She is my wid-
dow and at the time She Marus She is to Return all of the prop-
erty But them Two negrows that I Firs give hir hir and at hir
Death them is to be Returnd to my Children I nominate my Dear
Beloved wife and my Brother Matthew W Harull Administratiors to
my Estate given under my hand and Seal this 23 Day of April 1821
