NUNCUPATIVE WILL OF
DR. SAMUEL KILBURN
South Carolina ) Noncupative Will of Dr. Samuel Kilburn of
)
Marion District ) Said State and District
Dr. Samuel Kilburn in his last Sicknefs at his dwelling
house and on the first day of November Anno Domini One tho-
sand eight hundred & Eleven made a disposition of his per-
sonal Estate after calling on three witnefses to bear tes-
timony of the Same To wit Edward Burch Mary Myers & Samuel
Jas Myers as follows that all the personal property he
pofsefsed previous to his Marriage with Mary (late Mary
Burch) his wife and also all the property both real and
personal accruing to him in any maner. he bequeathed by
his said Noncupative will to Mary Kilburn his beloved wife
to her sole use and disposal forever and that he was of a
Sound and disposing mind
South Carolina ) Personally appeared Edward Burch, Mary
)
Marion District ) Myers & Samuel, James, Myers, who all
being duly Sworn on holy Evangelist of Almighty God Saith
that they were present & in the Dwelling house of Dr. Samuel
Kilburn Deceased in the time of his last Sicknefs that they
were called on by him to bear Testimony to the above dis-
position of his property both real and personal and that
they heard pronounce & publish the same to be his non-
cupative Will and that he disposed of the same to Mary Kil-
burn his beloved wife to her sole use and disposal
