                                 WILL OF

                           ARCHIBALD McKIMMON

    In the name of God amen. I Archibald McKimmon of Marion District and

State of South Carolina being weak in body but of sound mind memory and

understanding praised be God for the same do make this my last will and

testament in manner and form following I give devise and bequeath to my

three daughters Catharine McKimmon, junior Senior Christian McKimmond, &

Catherine McKimmond, all my land during their life time and after their

death to my son Neil McKimmond forever.  Item I give and bequeath unto

unto my three daughters Catherine seni Christian and Catherine junior my

my stock of horses Cattle hogs and Sheep together with all my house and

Kitchen furniture eaqually between them and if either of the girls Should

die with heir or heirs, then in that case I desires that their part the 

above named should go to the survivor or survivirs of the girls

Item I give and bequeath to my son Neil McKimmond my negro man George

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Christian McKimmond my negro man Phil

and if she should die without and heir then and in that case I desire that

this negro should to my Neil, McKimmond,

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine McKimmon senior my negr

man Harry and if She should die without and heir then I desire that this negro

should go to Neil McKimmond

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine McKimmon junior my negro

man Jim during her life time with this condition that She is not to take him

off this land which I left to my three daughters during their life time but

to remain on the same to support her and if she Should die without and heir

then he is to return to the rest of my heirs ecqually

Item I give and bequeath to my three daughters my negro woman Fanny and I

do nominate constitute appoint my son Neil McKimmon sole executor of my last

will and testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other will

and wills at any time hertofore made by me and do declare this to be my last

will and testament in witnefs whereof I the said Archibald McKimmon have her-

unto set my hand and seal this the twenty second day of July in the year of

our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty two signed Sealed declared and
     ed
publish by the above named Archibald McKimmon as and for the last will and

testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have
