DANIEL STONE
South Carolina
In the name of God Amen
I Daniel Stone of Marrion district in the Said State Being of sound mind
and memory do make and ordain this my Last will and testament hereby Re-
voking all former wills by me made
It is my desire that all my Just debts be paid---
I give to my beloved wife Elisabeth two hundred acres of my Land aJoining
James Harrells Land the upper part of the Land that I now Live on and hir
choise of my Beds and Bedstids and the Funiture of Said Bed I also Give
And Bequeethe unto hir choise of one horse and my Rideing chare one third
of my Kitchen firniture I also Leave unto hir one thousand Dollars at hir
dicresion and at the Expireation of Fore Years I give unto hir one thousand
dollars more if she survives to that time I allso advise my Executors to
Build hir good comfortable dwelling house & necesary out Building I allso
advise my Executors to furnish hir with a sofisiant necesary & provisions
the term of Four Years if hir child Lives From my decese I allso give hir
hir choise of two cows & calves and one half of the gees I also Lend to
my Daughter a negro Girl named Ginne if She lives to surviv to the age of
Eighteen Years said Gin is to be hirn For Ever with hir futur increase
if She dies before She marreys or arives to the age of Eighteen the Said
Gin is to be sold & the money propriated to the Rest of my Estate I advise
that; part of personal Estate; be sold on a short credit to pay my Just
& Lawfull debts, I also advise that my negrose Be sold on a credit of
fore Years; I also advise that my Lands & tiniments be sold at private or
publick Sales to the best advantage I also advise after all Just debts
and Expenses be paid that the Balance of the money be put to Intrest;my
Little daughter that I have by my wife Elisabeth Being abaught Fore months
oald not named I advise she be put to school and soported -----------
decantly as soon as She aRives to proper age to go to school If my wife
Elisabeth shold have a child or children within the term of nine months af-
ter my Decease I Request that it or they be Likewise Schooled and soported as
the other if no other child or children if they shold marry or a Rive to the
age of nineteen years oald I Give & beqweth unto hir or others if there shold
be ary; all my Estate after Giveing Leonard white three Hundred dollars in

schooling if he Lives; to be Equally divided if she or they shold Dy be-
fore marring or aRiveing to the age of nineteen I advise that seven
Years intrest. of the money be put to the use of the schooling of the
pore children in this inhabitance then the Residue of the money; to be

I constitute and apoint my Friend Dottson Stone and Henry Eaddy
