South Carolina     In the name of God Amen  I, Nathan J Tart being

Marion District    weak of body but of a sound mind & disposing memory

do make this my last wile & testament.

Item 1st after my death I wish all of my Just debts paid

Item 2. I Give all the ballance of my property to my mother during her

life time, then to be Equally divided amongs my lawful heirs. & I do nomi-

nate my Mother Susanah Tart & Dr. Willis Fore my Exx and Exr to this my last

will & testament revoking all orther wills In Witnefs I hereunto Set my

hand & Seal March 19th 1853.
