Marion District ) I William Townson of the Warhee neck and
citizen of the Same do make and ordain this instrument to be my last
will and testament revoking all others.
Item to my dearly beloved wife Saly Townson I give and bequeath the use
profit and benefit of my whole estate real and personal as I do give my
household furniture of every sort to be used and disposed of as she may
think proper. I also give and bequeath to her my land situate in the War-
hee neck containing one hundred and five acres more or lefs. Together with
My Stock of hogs and cattle all which is to be at her absolute disposal.
Lastly I constitute my wife Saly Townson executrix of this will & testament.
