James Alexander MATHESON

Born  January 18, 1890 in Matthews, NC.  He worked and retired from Southern Railroad in Atlanta, GA 
 He married Nora McLaurin  who was from Marlboro County, Clio, SC.  He and Nora had 5 children
Oniel b: 1917, Willis M. b: 1918, Annie Elizabeth b: 1920, Geraldine b: 1926, Elizabeth Jane b: 1929
He died at their home on the corner of Church and Myrtle Street, Clio SC.  September 9, 1965
He is buried in the McLucas Cemetery, Clio SC, He was my Grandfather affectionately called "Grandbuddie"
