Dickson, Benjamin Franklin, Captain, born 13 July 1814 in Anderson County, died 17 August 1900 in Townville, Anderson County, buried at Smith's Chapel, Fork Township, Anderson County.

Grubbs, John Mitchell, 1st Lieutenant, born about 1815, lived in Fork TWP, died 1893. He was married to Nancy Cox (born 1816 and died 1892).

Watkins, David, 2nd Lieutenant, born about 1815, lived in Garvin TWP. He married Annie Martin (born 1829 and died 1895). He died in 1890 and is buried in Watkins Family Cemetery, Six & Twenty, Anderson Co. SC. Annie is buried next to him.

Wigington ( Wigenton ), Elisha, Sergeant, was born 28 Apr 1818, lived in Brushy Creek TWP. He married Frances Martin ( born 22 Jul 1818 and died 13 Dec 1913) on 19 Oct 1848. He died 3 Sep 1894 and was buried in Mountain Springs Baptist Church, Anderson County, SC. She was also buried in Mountain Springs Baptist Church, Anderson County, SC.

Duckworth, Jacob "J. J.", Corporal, was born about 1817. He married Elizabeth Dacus who was born 1829.

The muster roster essentially came from Compiled Service Record microfilm with "born about" and "lived in ... TWP" added from 1870 Census. The unit was made up of of boys around 17 and men between 44 and 50. The above should be used as a guide for additional research.
