McIntosh, Nicholas H, Captain, was a 46-year old farmer from Bennettsville, SC. He served previously as a private in Co. G, 8th SC Infantry, until discharged for disability on 1 February 1862, and then as first lieutenant of Co. F, 4th SC Infantry, State Troops, from August 1863 until February 1864. At the time of his discharge from the 8th SC Infantry, he was described as 5' 7" tall, with dark hair, dark eyes, and dark complexion.

Newton, J., he died 2 February 1865 and was buried in Magnolia Cemetery.

Riley, W. E., born 22 June 1847, enlisted 15 Sep 1864, transferred from Company C, 6th Battalion and alive in Fairfield County in 1910.
