Jack HORNE

CONWAY — Jack Horne, 66, of Sumter, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002, at home.
He was born April 11, 1936, in Dillon, a son of the late Mozena and Benjamin Thomas Horne.
He was a Mason and served in the Air Force for 16 years. He was a member of a church in Sumter.
Survivors include former wife and mother of his children, Lillie Horne Huggins; a son, Jeffery Horne
of Delaware; two daughters, Jackie Hendrix of Tennessee and Kathy Walker of Utah; a brother, Kenneth Horne of
Lake City; three sisters, Lucille Anderson, Jeween Chestnut and Bernice Campbell, all of Conway; four grandchildren;
and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Palmetto Funeral Home in Conway.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Grainger/Horne Cemetery.
